Job Responsibilties： >1.Develop and acquire new customer from our target market segment (Main contractors, sub- contractors, M&E contractors and QS Consultant) over telephone, e-mail and outdoor visiting. >2.Provide sales and basic service support to identify potential clients and develop new accounts. >3.Keep up good relationship with existing and new clients. >4.Make appointment and demonstrate our excellent BIM software presentations for customers. >5.Generate weekly sales report for management. >6.Provide pre-sales our software consultant and after-sales support for our software implementation. >7.Undertake tasks assigned from time to time. > > >Job Requirements： >1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related disciplines; preferred skill (s): BIM expertise, digital construction. >2.Excellent communication skills, pressure resistance, teamwork spirit and relationship-building ability; strong sense of purpose and prominent customer-oriented mindset. >3.Strong self-learning ability and capacity to solve problems independently, with a proactive and optimistic attitude. >4. Proficiency in English; basic Mandarin skills are a plus. >
