This role will collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver complete energy storage solutions, from requirement analysis to project implementation, driving the company’s global energy storage business growth. 负责海外客户储能项目的技术交流、方案设计与售前支持； Provide technical communication, solution design, and pre-sales support for overseas energy storage projects. 根据客户需求进行系统选型、容量计算、方案优化及报价支持； Conduct system configuration, capacity calculation, solution optimization, and quotation support based on customer requirements. 制作技术方案书、标书及演示文稿，并参与技术答疑与方案汇报； Prepare technical proposals, tender documents, and presentations, and participate in technical Q&A sessions and solution presentations. 协调内部研发、产品、交付团队，确保技术方案的可实施性与经济性； Coordinate with internal R&D, product, and delivery teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions. 跟踪海外储能市场趋势、竞品信息和政策变化，提供市场反馈与建议。 Track global energy storage market trends, competitor analysis, and policy updates to provide insights and recommendations. 本科及以上学历，电气工程、新能源、电力电子、自动化等相关专业； Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power Electronics, Automation, or related fields. 3年以上储能或新能源行业技术或售前经验； 3+ years of experience in the energy storage or renewable energy industry in technical or pre-sales roles. 熟悉电化学储能系统（如电池、PCS、BMS、EMS等）及其系统集成； Familiar with electrochemical energy storage systems (battery, PCS, BMS, EMS, etc.) and system integration. 具备良好的英文书面与口头沟通能力，可作为工作语言； Proficient in English (both written and spoken) as a working language. 优秀的跨文化沟通能力和团队合作精神，能适应海外出差。 Strong cross-cultural communication skills and team spirit, with willingness to travel internationally.
