任职要求

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Fresh graduate are welcome. Minimum 1 year of IDC operations experience in a large-scale data center or internet company.
• Core Skill:
• a、Networking: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, and routing/switching fundamentals; able to perform cabling, testing, and basic switch port configuration.
• b、Cabling Management: Proficient in data center cabling standards (e.g., TIA-942, GB-50311); able to perform structured patching, cable management, and labeling.
• c、Safety Awareness: Strong sense of responsibility and safety; strictly adheres to physical, electrical, and operational safety protocols.
• d、Troubleshooting: Excellent fault diagnosis and resolution skills; able to remain calm under pressure, think logically, and resolve issues quickly.
• e、 Teamwork & Communication: Effective communication with internal teams, clients, and vendors; strong service orientation.
• f、Attention to Detail: Rigorous and meticulous, strictly following SOPs to prevent misoperations.
