任职要求

• 有机化学、制药工程或药物化学、化学工程专业硕士及以上学历，有流动化学领域的从业经验优先考虑
• Master or above degree in Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical engineering, Medic-inal chemistry, Chemical engineering, or equivalent discipline. Ideally with working experience in flow chemistry area.
• 具备良好的英文书写以及基本的英文口头交流能力
• Eligible skill on both written and oral English
• 具有良好的有机化学理论知识以及实验能力，能够熟练的解读NMR，MS, GC以及HPLC等分析数据
• Possess solid knowledge and experience in organic chemistry and experimentation, including the interpretation of NMR, MS, GC and HPLC data etc.
• 有较强的责任心，具有良好的团队协作和沟通能力；
• Strong ownership to the assigned tasks, good communication skill, and a team player.
