1. Responsible for preparing and reviewing the financial statements of Brazilian entities in accordance with Brazilian Accounting Standards and local laws and regulations in Brazil. Responsible for preparing and reviewing the financial figures submit to regulatory bodies. Execute and continuously refine quality control methodologies to ensure the accurate and complete presentation of financial positions and operating results. 2. Ongoing monitoring of monthly financial results at the entity level, identifying issues and mitigating compliance risks through comprehensive financial statement analysis and reconciliations. Conducting communications with BPOs to monitor the progress and quality of services delivered. Provide remediation recommendations and drive cross-departmental actions when necessary. 3. Facilitate the statutory audits of Brazilian entities, ensuring the timely issuance of audit reports by external auditors, while coordinating with local and Group auditors as well as multiple internal departments to manage audit progress and quality. Participate in discussions on key accounting and auditing matters, ensuring alignment with local regulatory requirements and consistency with Group policies. 4. Collaborate closely with accounting, treasury, tax, legal, and other internal teams, identifying and advancing opportunities for shared objectives.
