Responsible for the procurement of complete factory equipment, MRO materials and auxiliary materials based on procurement requirements. 2. Possess strong cost analysis capabilities and a good understanding of the distribution and comprehensive capabilities of suppliers in the industry. 3. Formulate targeted procurement strategies and target costs by sorting out and categorizing different types of procurement businesses. 4. Familiar with the full procurement process including bidding, quotation comparison and negotiation, as well as procurement contract negotiation and drafting. Capable of organizing internal and supplier contract communication, overseeing contract execution and management, and independently completing internal procurement review procedures. 5. Continuously develop high-quality new suppliers to sustainably optimize and reduce MRO procurement costs. 6. Drive the improvement and optimization of procurement processes to enhance the overall work efficiency of the procurement team. 7. Implement departmental work plans and ensure effective execution of all work deliverables.

任职要求

• 985/211 本科及以上学历
• 10 年以上半导体封装设备采购经验
• 了解设备采购流程，熟悉自动化设备的性能、供应渠道及市场行情，有光通信及半导体行业经验的优先
• 责任心强，具备良好的职业道德和职业操守
• 良好的跨部门沟通和协调能力
• 熟练使用办公自动化软件
• 英语可以作为工作语言
• Bachelor’s degree or above from 985/211 key universities.
• More than 10 years of procurement experience in semiconductor packaging equipment.
• Familiar with equipment procurement procedures, automated equipment performance, supply channels and market conditions. Candidates with experience in the optical communication and semiconductor industry are preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility with good professional ethics and integrity.
• Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination capabilities.
• Proficient in office software.
• English can be used as a working language.
