Own the full performance management cycle for CE, including calibration and promotion nominations 3. Lead or drive OD projects: job architecture, career ladders, competency frameworks, and multi-track performance systems across CE's complex role families 4. Design and execute talent development programs — career pathing, hi-po identification, succession planning 5. Handle cross-cultural employee relations with sound judgment across a diverse, global team
