岗位简介 1、 样品分析与纯化：从事小分子及生物大分子（包括寡合苷酸、多肽、ADC/AOC类药物等）的分析与分离纯化工作； 2、 检测与方法开发：通过分析仪器进行定量与定性检测，完成分析与纯化方法的开发、验证及制备纯化工作； 3、 杂质与结构研究：参与分析及纯化平台搭建与优化，对样品杂质谱进行分析和杂质结构进行鉴定； 4、 前沿技术的应用：岗位有机会接触先进技术平台，引领药物发现的新趋势。   1.    Sample Analysis and Purification: Engage in the analysis, separation, and purification of small molecules and biomacromolecules (including oligonucleotides, peptides, ADC/AOC drugs, etc.); 2.    Detection and Method Development: Perform quantitative and qualitative testing using analytical instruments; complete the development, validation, and preparative purification of analytical and purification methods; 3.    Impurity and Structural Research: Participate in the establishment and optimization of analysis and purification latforms; analyze sample impurity profiles and identify impurity structures; 4.    Application of Cutting-edge Technologies: The role provides opportunities to engage with advanced technology latforms and lead new trends in drug discovery.   1、分析方法与纯化方案开发：负责小分子及生物大分子（如寡核苷酸、多肽、ADC/AOC药物等）样品的分析与纯化方法开发，制定合理、高效的纯化方案； 2、制备纯化：运用Prep-RP、SEC、HIC、IEC、AC等多种分离技术，为药物化学、合成化学及化合物库提供的混合物以及生物大分子进行制备纯化； 3、分析与手性分离服务：提供专业、快速的手性分析/分离服务；熟练使用HPLC、UPLC、LC-MS、GC、GC-MS、IC、ICP-MS、HR-MS等多种分析方法，为药物化学、合成化学和发现过程化学提供客观、准确、及时有效的分析数据； 4、质量检测与结构鉴定：对纯化后的样品进行质量检测与分析；利用NMR、IR、HR-MS等常用结构鉴定手段，对目标产物及杂质进行结构解析与鉴定； 5、平台建设与项目管理：拓展完善现有技术平台与方法，提升团队技术实力；管理项目进程，加强沟通汇报及跨部门密切合作，确保按时高质量交付； 6、实验室日常运维：参与实验室日常运维和管理，包括试剂采购、工作分配、仪器设备定期维护及小故障排除、起草设备SOP等；持续总结与优化实验室操作规程，不断提高效率与规范程度； 7、工作汇报：根据公司要求，及时总结工作并完成实验研究报告。   Job Responsibilities: 1.    Method Development & Purification Scheme Design: Responsible for analytical and purification method development for small molecules and synthetic biomacromolecules (such as oligonucleotides, peptides, ADC/AOC drugs, etc.), designing reasonable and efficient purification schemes. 2.    Preparative Purification: Perform preparative purification for crude mixtures from Medicinal Chemistry, Synthetic Chemistry, and Compound Libraries, as well as biomacromolecules,using various separation techniques such as Prep-RP, SEC, HIC, IEC, and AC. 3.    Analysis & Chiral Separation Services: Provide professional and rapid chiral analysis/separation services; proficiently use various analytical methods such as HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, GC, GC-MS, IC, ICP-MS, HR-MS to provide objective, accurate, and timely analytical data for Medicinal Chemistry, Synthetic Chemistry, and Discovery Process Chemistry. 4.    Quality Control & Structural Elucidation: Conduct quality testing and analysis of purified samples; utilize common structural identification methods such as NMR, IR, HR-MS to perform structural elucidation and identification of target products and impurities. 5.    Platform Construction & Project Management: Expand and refine existing technology platforms and methods to enhance team technical strength; manage project progress, strengthen communication, reporting, and close cross-departmental cooperation to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. 6.    Daily Laboratory Operations: Participate in daily lab operations and management, including reagent procurement, task allocation, regular instrument maintenance, troubleshooting of minor issues, and drafting equipment SOPs; continuously summarize and optimize laboratory operating procedures to constantly improve efficiency and standardization. 7.    Work Reporting: Summarize work timely according to company requirements and complete experimental research reports.

• 学历与专业背景
• 天然产物化学、药物化学、分析化学、生物化学、生物工程、生物技术、生药学等相关专业博士学历；
• 具备良好的分析化学、有机化学及生物化学基础，英语六级（CET-6）或具备同等优秀的英语听说读写能力。
• 核心专业技能
• 分离纯化：熟悉色谱纯化原理、技术手段与方法开发思路，包括但不限于SEC、HIC、IEC、RP、AC、超滤、电泳、介质填料等；有抗体偶联药物（ADC/AOC）、寡核苷酸、多肽或小分子纯化经验者优先；
• 仪器操作：熟练使用Prep-HPLC、Flash、LC-MS、蛋白纯化仪等仪器设备；
• 分析检测：熟悉生物/化学分析检测方法（如LC-MS/TOF/Q-TOF、HPLC、UPLC、GC等），具备独立设计实验方案与开展项目的能力；
• 结构鉴定：熟悉常用结构鉴定手段（如IR、HR-MS、NMR等），能对目标产物及杂质进行解析。
• 综合素质与软技能
• 具备良好的项目管理能力、责任心、团队合作精神、创新意识及严格的保密意识；

• Job Requirements
• I. Education & Professional Background
•     PhD in Natural Product Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacognosy, or a related field.
•     Solid foundation in analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, and biochemistry. CET-6 certified or equivalent
• excellent proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• II. Core Technical Skills
•     Separation & Purification: Familiar with chromatographic purification principles, techniques, and method
• development strategies, including but not limited to SEC, HIC, IEC, RP, AC, ultrafiltration, electrophoresis, and chromatographic media. Experience in the purification of antibody-drug conjugates (ADC/AOC), oligonucleotides, peptides,
• or small molecules is highly preferred.
•     Instrument Operation: Proficient in operating Prep-HPLC, Flash, LC-MS, protein purification systems, and other related equipment.
•     Analytical Testing: Familiar with biological/chemical analytical testing methods (e.g., LC-MS/TOF/Q-TOF, HPLC, UPLC, GC). Ability to independently design experimental protocols and execute projects.
•     Structural Elucidation: Familiar with common structural identification methods (e.g., IR, HR-MS, NMR), and capable of analyzing target products and impurities.
