We strive to achieve full internationalization in capital, market, technology, talent and management, and keep strengthening the global layout of R&D, manufacturing, and service solution factories, to increase the operation and management capacity globally. 岗位职责 / Responsibilities 1. 支持质量团队多模块日常工作，根据业务需求，参与质量体系、项目质量、售后质量、问题整改、资料管控等相关工作。 Support daily work of the quality team across multiple modules. You will participate in activities related to quality system, project quality, after-sales quality, corrective action, document control and other areas based on business needs. 2. 协助工程师完成质量文件整理、台账维护、数据汇总统计、报告编制、中英文资料校对。 Assist engineers with quality document sorting, ledger maintenance, data compilation, report drafting, and proofreading of bilingual documents. 3. 参与质量会议、问题跟踪，整理会议纪要、不合格记录、整改跟踪材料，跟进事项闭环。 Take part in quality meetings and issue tracking, prepare meeting minutes, non-conformance records and corrective action trackers, and follow up on action closure. 4. 配合内外部审核、客户质量对接相关准备工作，整理审核材料，同步各方信息。 Support preparation for internal & external audits and customer quality communication, organize audit materials and align information with relevant stakeholders. 5. 及时同步工作进展，完成上级安排的其他质量相关临时工作。 Update work progress timely and complete other ad-hoc quality tasks assigned by supervisors.

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历，在校学生优先；机械、电气、材料、工业工程、新能源、质量管理等相关专业优先。
• Bachelor’s degree or above; current students preferred. Majors in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials, Industrial Engineering, New Energy, Quality Management are preferred.
• 精通英文，具备流利的口头及书面表达能力；同时具备中文沟通能力，可顺畅开展双语工作沟通**。
• Excellent English proficiency with fluent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate smoothly in Chinese for bilingual workplace collaboration.
• 逻辑清晰，严谨细心，责任心强，学习能力好，具备良好的跨文化沟通意识与执行力。
• Logical thinking, rigorous and detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, quick learner, good cross-cultural awareness and execution capability.
• 熟练使用 Office 办公软件；有质量相关项目、实习经历优先。
• Proficient in Office software. Prior internship or project experience in quality is preferred.
