As the Sample Processing Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing sample processing, customer communication, and resource planning, ensuring stable and reliable DNA extraction results across various crop types, while continuously driving process optimization and improving operational efficiency. In this role, you will also work closely with six global genotyping laboratories to advance standardization, share best practices, and continuously improve key operational metrics. This position will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and stable laboratory operations, while supporting the successful execution of Syngenta’s R&D and P&S testing activities. 岗位职责 / Accountabilities • 根据客户需求提供准确的预测（forecast），支持Genotyping团队进行资源规划与运营安排。 Provide accurate customer demand forecasts to support effective resource planning and operational efficiency for Genotyping team. • 按照Genotyping、Stewardship、Quality及HSE相关政策和流程，管理并指导Sample Processing团队日常工作。 Lead and manage Sample Processing staff in compliance with Genotyping, Stewardship, Quality, and HSE policies and procedures. • 根据仪器可用性、样本类型及交付周期要求，合理规划并优化样品处理流程，确保高效运作及按时交付。 Oversee and optimize sample processing workflows based on instrument availability, sample type, and turnaround time requirements, ensuring efficient operations and on-time delivery. • 维护并持续更新Sample Processing相关操作规程（SOP），确保符合法规及公司标准要求。 Maintain and regularly update Sample Processing protocols (SOPs) to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. • 评估并在适当情况下引入和实施新技术及流程改进，提升实验室效率与能力。 Evaluate and implement new technologies and process improvements as appropriate to enhance laboratory efficiency and capabilities. • 推动问题分析与解决，确保实验室运行稳定并持续改进。 Drive troubleshooting and problem-solving to ensure stable operations and continuous improvement. • 跨团队协作，与全球各Genotyping实验室及不同地区业务单元高效沟通，协同推进项目执行。 Collaborate cross-functionally within the global Genotyping laboratory network and engage with regional teams and stakeholders to support effective project execution.
