Vice President, Equity Capital Markets (ECM)

职位描述

1. Lead and execute a wide range of equity capital market transactions, including Hong Kong IPOs (Main Board and GEM), follow-on offerings, placements, convertible bonds, A+H listings, and cross-border deals; 2. Drive deal origination by actively sourcing and cultivating relationships with corporate clients in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and overseas; 3. Coordinate with internal teams (industry coverage, sales, research, and legal/compliance) to ensure smooth transaction execution from pitch to closing; 4. Provide strategic capital markets advice to clients on valuation, transaction structuring, market timing, and financing solutions; 5. Ensure full compliance with SFC, HKEX, and other relevant regulatory requirements.

任职要求

• 1. At least 6 years of relevant ECM or investment banking experience；
• 2. Strong track record in executing Hong Kong IPOs, follow-ons, and other ECM transactions；
• 3. Holder of SFC Type 1 license (or able to obtain shortly); previous sponsor or ECM experience is highly preferred；
• 4. Excellent command of English and Mandarin；
• 5. Strong commercial acumen, project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
