任职要求

• 本科及以上学历，理工类（机械电子/物理/化学）相关专业；
• 8年以上电子/半导体封装/汽车制造/自动化设备类大型制造业生产经理工作经验，有台资/日资企业生产管理经验者优先，管理幅度超过600人；
• 熟悉精益生产管理、运营管理、成本控制等相关工作流程；
• 具备良好的计划、组织、协调、创新等管理能力。
• Bachelor degree or above, major in science and technology (mechanical electronics/physics/chemistry) or related;
• More than 8 years of electronic/semiconductor packaging/automotive manufacturing/automation equipment large-scale manufacturing production manager experience, Taiwanese/Japanese enterprise production management experience is preferred, management range of more than 600 people;
• Proficient in lean production management, operation management, cost control and other related workflow;
• With good planning, organization, coordination, innovation and other management capabilities.
